In this 60-minute hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create whole-grain pie crusts and fillings that highlight Philo Ridge Farm’s harvest. From comforting savory pies to classic sweet favorites, discover the joy of baking with farm-fresh ingredients.

Participants will:

  • Learn how to make a versatile whole-grain pie dough

  • Explore seasonal sweet and savory pie fillings featuring farm-grown ingredients

  • Gain tips on baking, storing, and serving pies

  • Celebrate the connection between the farm harvest and the kitchen table

Participants take home a small pie at the end of class.
