Visit the Farm
Market
Everything we grow and raise on our farm is sold through our Market, where the surrounding landscape inspires every offering. In addition to our own organic produce and grass-fed meats, the Market features thoughtfully selected groceries, housewares, and specialty goods that highlight the work of Vermont’s local artisans, producers, and farmers. Our approach to growing is grounded in a deep commitment to ecological sustainability, and that same philosophy shapes the products we offer—celebrating seasonal ingredients and supporting partnerships with like-minded food producers.
Our Market is open Wednesday through Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We invite you to stop by for:
Organic produce and grass-fed meats raised right here on the farm
Seasonal picnic lunches, baked goods, and coffee
A curated selection of local groceries, artisanal items, and farm fibers
There is open seating available both inside and outside during Market hours, but please note we are not offering full lunch service at this time.
Dinner Service
Our dining program is led by Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage Marc St. Jacques, whose thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach brings the flavors of the farm to life. With a deep respect for Vermont’s agricultural community and a passion for seasonal cooking, Marc crafts menus that highlight the organic produce and pasture-raised meats grown right here on the farm. Each dish reflects our commitment to regenerative agriculture—celebrating the connection between the land, the farmer, and the plate.
View this week’s dinner menu. Please note, it is subject to change depending on farm availability.
Dinner service offers a thoughtful and seasonal dining experience Wednesday through Saturday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sundays on the Ridge
Sundays on the Ridge is an educational, family-friendly event series designed to help visitors explore, learn, and connect with the farm in meaningful ways. This weekly gathering invites guests of all ages to experience the rhythms of a working farm.
Each Sunday will offer opportunities to engage with the land and the people who care for it through guided farm tours, interactive educational activities, and hands-on demonstrations that highlight our ecological practices and organic regenerative agriculture work. Families can enjoy yard games, locally sourced food, and live music (when advertised), all set against the backdrop of our beautiful Vermont landscape. Whether you're interested in learning more about pasture-based farming or simply spending time outdoors with family and friends, Sundays on the Ridge is a welcoming space to explore, relax, and connect.
Here's what’s happening on Sunday, August 17:
Join us this Sunday for an educational and engaging day on the farm. Lunch and grill service will run from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.
This week’s grill menu features summer favorites like our Beef & Lamb Kefta or Fried Garden Falafel, each served with pickles, tomatoes, yogurt, and warm spiced flatbread. For sides, enjoy Corn on the Cobb with sumac butter, a fresh Tomato Salad with shiso and horseradish, or our Spiced Cucumber & Carrot Salad. Kids can dig into a Classic Hot Dog on a soft roll, and everyone will want to save room for Blueberry Cobbler. Walking the Gardens
We invite all guests to enjoy walking through the open lawns and garden paths near the Farm Commons Barn. While you're welcome to take in the sights, we kindly ask that you avoid stepping into the garden beds or picking any fruits or vegetables that are growing. For everyone's safety, please also refrain from entering the greenhouses or any areas marked as private.
Dogs and Pets
As a working farm, we kindly ask that guests leave dogs and other pets at home. For the safety of our animals, staff, and visitors—and to protect the integrity of our farm operations—pets are not permitted on the property. Thank you for understanding and helping us care for this special place.
Farm Animals
During the summer months, our farm animals move through different areas of our 500 acres of pasture and fields. If you're curious about where they are on a given day, feel free to ask a staff member—we’re happy to let you know if they’re visible from a walking path. For your safety, please do not approach or try to pet the animals, and avoid touching any fences, as many are electrified.

Accessible parking is available directly in front of the Market entrance. Wheelchair-accessible entrances can be found at the front of the Farm Commons Barn, leading into the Market. If you have any questions or need additional assistance during your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@philoridgefarm.com.
