Market

Everything we grow and raise on our farm is sold through our Market, where the surrounding landscape inspires every offering. In addition to our own organic produce and grass-fed meats, the Market features thoughtfully selected groceries, housewares, and specialty goods that highlight the work of Vermont’s local artisans, producers, and farmers. Our approach to growing is grounded in a deep commitment to ecological sustainability, and that same philosophy shapes the products we offer—celebrating seasonal ingredients and supporting partnerships with like-minded food producers.

Our Market is open Wednesday through Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We invite you to stop by for:

  • Organic produce and grass-fed meats raised right here on the farm

  • Seasonal picnic lunches, baked goods, and coffee

  • A curated selection of local groceries, artisanal items, and farm fibers

There is open seating available both inside and outside during Market hours.

Please note that guests of the Market will not be able to access the dining room from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sundays. Market guests visiting during this time can enjoy coffee and prepared breakfast offerings. A selection of pre-made sandwiches and grab-and-go items for those looking for a quick meal or something to take on a walk around the farm are available during lunch hours.

Dining Experiences

Our dining program is led by Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage Marc St. Jacques, whose thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach brings the flavors of the farm to life. With a deep respect for Vermont’s agricultural community and a passion for seasonal cooking, Marc crafts menus that highlight the organic produce and pasture-raised meats grown right here on the farm. Each dish reflects our commitment to organic regenerative agriculture— celebrating the connection between the land, the farmer, and the plate.

The Summer Barn

Join us from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday through Saturday for a relaxed dining experience featuring seasonal food prepared with ingredients grown right here on the farm. The Summer Barn offers a casual, walk-in way to dine right on the farm, with simple, seasonal food centered around ingredients grown and raised at Philo Ridge Farm. Gather with family and friends over wood-fired dishes, beer, and wine while enjoying views of the surrounding pastures and gardens. No reservations are required, making it an easygoing option for families, larger groups, and spontaneous visits.

Please note: While the Summer Barn is open, lunch will be served there rather than in the Market. Grab-and-go items will remain available in the Market.

The Dining Room & Terrace

Dinner at Philo Ridge Farm offers a refined, seasonal dining experience in the Farm Commons Barn. Menus change weekly based on farm availability and feature ingredients grown and raised on-site. Dinner is reservation only.

The dinner menu is subject to change based on the availability of ingredients coming off the farm. We work with fresh, seasonal products that are special and often grown in limited quantities.

Sunday Brunch in the Dining Room & Terrace

Brunch service is on Sundays from 11:o0 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended but not required. Our family-style Sunday brunch features shared plates and seasonal favorites, creating an ideal setting for relaxed gatherings with family and friends.

The brunch menu is subject to change based on the availability of ingredients coming off the farm. We work with fresh, seasonal products that are special and often grown in limited quantities.

Midweek Private Events & Culinary Experiences

Wednesday and Thursday evenings open up for special gatherings. These nights are dedicated to private events for groups looking to celebrate in our farm setting, as well as curated culinary events that we will be announcing throughout the season.

Our private events offer an intimate dining experience for groups of 15-50 people, curated seasonal menus, and exclusive use of our dining space.

Please contact us at events@philoridgefarm.org to discuss your celebration and learn more about our offerings.
