Philo Ridge Farm is a beautiful nonprofit organic regenerative agriculture farm located in the small town of Charlotte, in Vermont’s Champlain Valley. Using innovative, ecologically sustainable practices, we manage four hundred acres of healthy pasture land, forests and diversified produce gardens. We rotationally graze heritage breeds of livestock and grow certified organic fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Junior Sous Chef (Full-time)

Acting as a bridge between the creative and operational sides of food service, this position supports both culinary leadership and line staff. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a love for food, and a deep appreciation for the connection between agriculture and hospitality.


Production Cook (Full-time)

Philo Ridge Farm is hiring a Production Cook to prepare seasonal, farm-sourced ingredients with care and consistency, supporting our sustainability-focused kitchen through teamwork, precision, and respect for every ingredient.


Production Butcher (Full-time)

The Production Butcher will assist in the cutting, grinding, and precise packaging of meats, following specifications outlined by the Butcher and/or Director of Food and Beverage.


Line Cook (Full-time)

Dining Room Server (Full-time, Part-time, or Seasonal)

Philo Ridge Farm is hiring a service-driven Dining Room Server to deliver exceptional hospitality, share our farm’s story, and provide a welcoming, mission-aligned dining experience rooted in sustainability and seasonality.


Baker & Pastry Cook (Full-time)

This role, integral to our collaborative kitchen team, involves preparing daily pastries and baked goods using farm-fresh ingredients, stocking the pastry display in our Market, and contributing creatively to lunch and dinner dessert offerings.


Custodial Supervisor (Full-time)

The Custodial Supervisor will coordinate daily cleaning operations, train and support team members, monitor supply levels, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. This position plays a critical role in supporting overall operations by maintaining functional, clean, and well-kept spaces across the farm.


Pastry Chef (Full-time)

Working closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team, the Pastry Chef is responsible for the consistent execution of dessert offerings for Farm Commons service and the daily pastry selections featured in our Market. This role includes thoughtful use of ingredients through proper product rotation, efficient prep, and creative menu development that celebrates the farm’s harvest throughout the seasons.


Bar Manager (Full-time)

Philo Ridge Farm is seeking a service-driven Bar Manager to lead bar operations and a sustainability-focused beverage program while overseeing inventory, staff mentorship, and guest experience with a commitment to hospitality, collaboration, and operational excellence.
