Get ready for holiday cooking with freshly honed knives. We are very excited to welcome knife sharpener Linda Furiya of Madam Cutler to the farm for two different pop-ups next month. Linda was a former food writer and recipe developer for the San Francisco Chronicle, author of two food memoirs, former cooking instructor, and frozen dumpling entrepreneur. The idea of starting a knife sharpening service came out of her past time of bladesmithing where she applies the same meticulous grinding technique to bring precision sharpness to her customer’s knives.
